    Speedy service. We only have one computer we use to watch tv, so its nice they have rush service for us to use. Price is comparable to others.

    As other one said...be warned about this one. Sent in for screen repair and they took 2 weeks for repair and I thought, what a great service it was. I was such a fool. Within the last days of their 90 days warranty, it started showing a dead pixel which was suspicious to me, so i took it back to them for repair and they took it happily but I was still wary of their service. I wait 3 weeks for repair and nothing. And now they tell me the screen they ordered was damaged and now I have to wait more

    We regret to hear you had a bad experience Ayugma. Unfortunately, we have no control over the manufacturer of parts we order. Your screen was under warranty and we sent it back to the manufacturer for replacement all at no charge to you. Sadly, sometimes things get damaged in transit as a laptop screen is very fragile. We're sorry you weren't happy with the waiting period and do sincerely apologize for the delay.

    Great service and...

    Great service and very speedy. A little vague on their pricing for "rush" service though. Could explain better. I got a regular cleaning but I could have got it back much quicker if someone had told me they have a rush service that you pay a bit more for. Overall my computer works a lot better then before. Was recommended by a friend.
