When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Very thankful a friend of mine introduced me to to Tony who owns and operates this shop. This place is top notch nothing but A1 work coming out of here. EXTREMELY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent.
