James and his amazing team renovated our home in 2020. A complete kitchen renovation, an office/bedroom was added above the kitchen and new flooring throughout the main floor. we were thrilled with the results! James was efficient, professional, honest and a nice guy to work with. We could not be happier with the finished project and highly recommend him and his team!

I had Space Converters update my 20+ years old finished basement. I knew what I wanted done and when I wasn't sure about something suggestions were made. Brian Bien came quickly to give me a quote which was stuck to. The job was supposed to take two weeks but the contractors were so efficient, they finished in one week. It's a completely different space. I would definitely contact Space Converters for any future projects.

Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes!

I hired Rolito about a few weeks ago. If I would have read the review above, I would not have hired him. I am very happy I did not read this before. Rolito was AMAZING!!!. I had hardwood flooring put in my basement. He finished the job in about three weeks. The job did take a few days longer, as he is booked. I hired him and two of my neighbours hired him around the same time. Very nice man, he tends to do about 10 hour days and he brought in a assistant to speed up cleaning.

Called Dave about our undermounted kitchen sink leaking. Problem was the original installation was only siliconed and the installer did not use epoxy. We also use a garburator, and the house is less than 2 years old.
Dave showed up on time, did the work, and my wife says that he was very pleasant and very professional.

I met with Royal Home Improvements In December and asked them to provide an estimate on my renovations - with a promise to complete the work by a specific date. I only had 90 days of actual construction time to complete the work, and the timelines were tight considering the work we required prior to moving into the home. Paul Napolitano and his staff did an excellent job of providing my family a fully renovated kitchen, two bathrooms, front double doors, garage doors, eaves, soffits and fencing - all delivered on time as promised! We had a great reno experience and highly recommend Royal Home Improvements!

I just moved from Chicago to Toronto and had no clue where to find a contractor to help with my kitchen renovation (I'm quite picky on kitchen structure LoL). Ide like to say i was very impressed with Andrew, Austin, Shawn, Tyson and the rest of the team. We hired Ward Group to underpin our basement. We went from having a 5ft 10" basement height, to a 9ft finished ceiling height. What a difference this has made, we now can use our basement as a livable space and couldn't be happier.
