She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. I was in town on business for a month. The Airbnb they set me up in had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I've ever experienced. I found these guys near where I was staying. So many options and choices. I don't know what kind of pillow I like, My better half handles all of that. The staff was very helpful. They asked me 3 questions and handed me the best pillows I've ever owned. I shipped them home and we bought more on their website. Very impressed with them. Lire plus
