Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

I had Lindsay Glass cut a mirror for me that I was installing in a bathroom I just renovated. They were very fast and it only cost $5. When my Mom moved to the area she wanted a glassed in shower and some window screens. I took her to Lindsay Glass and she was very pleased with the product. The installation was done perfectly. I will absolutely use Lindsay Glass again

Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and arrived on a Saturday morning to analyze the problem and fix my misaligned door and glass panels. I recently had a patio door, and entrance door installed by Clera Windows in Barrie. I was very happy with the doors that I received. The guys that came to install my doors did a great job, and made sure they took all the garbage, and my old doors with them to dispose of. I would definitely use Clera Windows again, and will be recommending the company to those I know who need windows or doors.
