I lived at 130 Lincoln and strongly advise against renting at 130 or 140 Lincoln Rd. The property is noisy, dirty, and poorly maintained. Unsupervised kids play outside until 11:30 PM. In fall and winter, mold grows around windows and ceilings, with water dripping from excessive humidity. The HVAC system is outdated and inefficient, leading to high hydro bills. Management is unresponsive. I moved out a month early due to mold and received no refund. Overpriced and unsafe.

Before renting any unit at 130 Lincoln, it is strongly advised to conduct a thorough investigation. Issues with mold have been persistent, as I frequently have to spray bleach around windows, doors, and the bathroom to address the problem. Once the lease agreement is signed, there appears to be a lack of accountability for the tenant's health or the deteriorating condition of the unit. Proceed with caution and carefully evaluate the property beforehand.
