I ordered a chicken chaser wrap and poutine. Poutine was marked up in price from the online menu and when I received it the gravy was liquid like water With a dirty colour and sitting in it presented like soup! The wrap although large in size was completely filled with lettuce and six small pieces of chicken. When I called and complained they stated that’s the way they make it and I chose to order it! Terrible food, terrible service can’t get much worse then that!

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Says 45 minutes. Gets here in twenty, and parked the wrong way on a main Street nonetheless. Typical bmw driver. I hear a car door and go to grab my wallet; he begins rapidly hitting the door bell and slamming on the door enough for me to question the glass, and hes in his car, no hazards to boot; shakes his head and I start to say Thats disrespectful and he cuts me off before I continue. Overall garbage service, food was okay but I couldnt enjoy it.

I am Marilyn S., My son, daughter-in-law and grandson were here to see me for Christmas and we ordered from Mr. Mozzarella! It was soooo good, lots of food, the best we have had in years! I hope everyone gives them a try, they will be greatly surprised and very pleased!

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Lire plus
