I appreciate their friendly service and honesty: Came in for an oil change and knew the oil pan plug was pretty stripped. When they got it on the lift they said it may take a while to take off and could cost me some labour. They were able to get it off within 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything. I was in and out quickly and they even Pumped air in my tires before getting it off the lift. Highly recommended.
