Kymar Gutters Inc

Kymar Gutters did the gutters on my house in early February, 2019. I talked to Kyle getting information about the product and the various options regarding style and colour and price. I found Kyle to be very helpful and thought he gave good advice without pressuring me. The crew that did the work on my house was open to answering questions and they had all the work done very quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the results and would have no problem recommending Kymar to someone.

The customers service at Kymar Gutters is terrible. After being notified that the gutters were not installed correctly at our complex, the owner, Kyle, came to our complex yelling and screaming....he wouldn't spend any more time to fix the issues after the installation.

I spoke with Kyle on the phone and set up a day for a quote. After he found I was calling around he called yelling at me saying it wasn't even worth his time to drive out, etc - so I hung up. He then texted me calling me a name with a profanity and said "Lose my number." I couldn't believe it.
