    We are very thankful to Josh who promptly called us back when we left a message with Chilliwack appliance to repair our dishwasher. He was honest about the cost to come out to Hope for a repair job. We took a picture of the problem and sent it to him - while on the phone, he walked us through a possible solution and the leak stopped. We were so happy for his expert knowledge, honesty and good advice! We will definitely use him again to repair our appliances and recommend him to everyone!

    I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. I highly recommend this company. And my 13 year old dryer still works perfectly! Lire plus
