We recently had our laptop crash and they were so knowledgable, professional, and helpful in getting us back on track. As owners of a small company, we could not afford a lot of down time without a laptop. They gave us an amazing price on a new laptop and loaded the external hardrive onto it. Then when I had issues with printer install - they logged in wirelessly and did it for me ! Less than half hour - IN AND OUT !!
